SilverPineway, of 2-18-9 Matsugaya, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0036, provides this website so you can learn about our guided forest walks. By browsing it you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not continue to use the site.

The text, images, route descriptions, and the SilverPineway name on this site belong to us. You may read and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, resell, or republish our content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

When you contact us with a question or request, you agree to give accurate information and to treat our team with courtesy. Any answer we give about a trail's difficulty, weather, or suitability is our honest guidance at the time, but conditions in a forest change and you remain responsible for your own choices.

A booking is confirmed only once we accept it and you receive confirmation from us. You agree that the details you give — including any health or mobility notes — are complete and true, because our guides rely on them to keep you safe. A place is reserved for the named walkers only.

Prices for each session are shown at the point of booking and include the guide, safety support, and any equipment stated. Payment is taken through our payment provider at the time you book. We may change our prices for future walks, but the price you were charged for a confirmed booking will not change.

If you need to cancel, let us know as early as you can. Cancellations made at least seven days before the walk receive a full refund; later cancellations may be partly refunded at our discretion. We may move or cancel a walk for weather or safety and, where we do, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

You agree to arrive on time, to wear suitable footwear and clothing, and to follow your guide's instructions throughout the walk. For everyone's safety we may ask a walker to turn back if they are unwell or unprepared for the conditions. You join a walk at your own risk and should not take part in activity beyond your physical ability.

While on a SilverPineway walk you agree to stay on marked paths, to carry out your own litter, and to respect the plants, wildlife, and other visitors of the forest. Damage to the woodland or to our equipment caused by a walker's deliberate or careless act may be charged to that walker.

We take great care to run safe, well-planned walks, but we cannot control the weather, the terrain, or your own health. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or injury that arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from a walker's failure to follow guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us first so we have the chance to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be handled by the courts of Tokyo.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with its date at the top, and it is the version that applies to any booking you make after it is posted.
